See this page on the Vuurmuur wiki about how to get it working with Snort_inline: http://wiki.vuurmuur.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=Snort+Inline

I've not used Vuurmuur on a bridge though, nor was it designed for it. I do know people use it on a bridge, and one of them hangs around in the #vuurmuur irc channel (at freenode). You might want to hop in to talk about it...

Have you tried running snort_inline in conjunction with Vuurmuur?
I'm interested in setting up a bridging firewall, using both snort_inline and Vuurmuur to protect a network. Any suggestions?
